Sagewood Homes, with Master Builder Bob Barrows, assures your trust will be earned. Mr. Barrows is a Colorado native and has been building custom homes within the Front Range and mountain communities for over 35 years. Mr. Barrows was awarded the Custom Home of the Year Award in 2008 by Denver HBA. He has built a various styles of homes, from mountain contemporary to Sante Fe adobe.

At Sagewood Homes, we encourage our clients to be involved in all aspects of building their custom home. A new home includes a hundred choices to be made. At Sagewood Homes we have streamlined the process to maximize your selection choices and minimize the time and number of places you will need to go. If you choose to work with design experts, we will gladly work with whomever you have chosen. If you need assistance with interior design, we have expert designers available.

During the actual construction of your Sagewood custom home, we encourage client participation. Daily or weekly, we welcome our homeowners at any stage. If something does not look as you wanted, we can change it. We like to say "yes". We have mandatory homeowner inspections at key points during the building process. This will assure you that achieving the custom home of your dreams is a joyful experience and an adventure that you and your family will cherish for years to come.
